Do variable tidal volume ventilation (V-VCV), pressure-regulated volume-controlled ventilation (PRVC), conventional volume-controlled ventilation (C-VCV), or pressure-controlled ventilation (PCV) increase esophageal pressure, airway pressure, and intracranial pressure, and decrease tidal volume and cerebral blood flow?
