ASA class I-III;\n4. signed informed consent;\n5. patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patients who themselves refuse to participate in the study;\n2. Drug dependence;\n3. Patients who cannot cooperate with communication and have verbal communication difficulties;\n4. Patients who cannot assess frailty preoperatively and pain postoperatively;\n5.
