Abdominal ultrasound data available in annual health check-up records\n2. At least one of the following five metabolic indicators recorded annually:\n\n(1) Body mass index (BMI) or waist circumference (2) Blood pressure (3) Serum triglycerides (4) High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (5) Fasting plasma glucose or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. To examine the association of biological ageing with the risk of T2DM, cox regression models were conducted.
