Age ≥18 years\n2. English fluency\n3. Provide informed consent\n4. Ability to complete questionnaire(s) by themselves or with assistance\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Other psychological co-morbidities such as untreated schizophrenia, bipolar disease\n2. Recent suicide attempt or psychiatric illness severe enough that hospitalization has been necessary in last 6 months\n3. Active delirium\n4. Advanced dementia\n5.
