The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Can the app help adolescents manage cravings and increase their readiness to quit?\n* Does the personalized and real-time support provided by the app improve their success in quitting e-cigarettes?\n\nResearchers will compare two groups: an immediate-intervention group that starts using the app right away and a delayed-intervention group that begins after three months, to see if the timing of app access influences outcomes in e-cigarette cessation.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Set personal goals and track their daily progress within the app.\n* Use a real-time \"urge\" feature that provides immediate support during cravings.\n* Engage with a chatbot for quick answers and motivational support around quitting.\n\nThis study aims to create an accessible, personalized tool to help adolescents reduce or quit e-cigarette use, exploring its feasibility as a broader intervention model.",[85],"Nicotine Dependence, Cigarettes",[87,88,89,90,91],"Adolescent e-cigarette use","E-cigarette cessation","Smartphone app","Digital health intervention","Personalized health support","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-30",{"date":95,"type":96},"2026-07-02","ACTUAL",{"date":98,"type":79},"2026-08-01",{"date":100,"type":79},"2027-06-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
