Then, that video is carefully edited to emphasize the specific strengths observed in the father-child interactions. The brief, edited videos are then reviewed with the father the following week. In reviewing the video clips, the home visitor uses micro-analytic narration, highlighting the frame-by-frame sequence of events that fosters the child's healthy development. In this way, the goal of FIND-F is to shift the father's perceptions of himself and his child, enabling the father to become increasingly responsive and encouraging. Home visitors also provide opportunities for fathers to comment and ask questions throughout the video review.",[9],[26,27],"FIND with Fathers","FIND-F",[29],{"name":30,"affiliation":5,"role":31},"Holly Schindler, PhD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[33],{"name":30,"role":34,"phone":35,"phoneExt":18,"email":36},"CONTACT","206-616-0853","hschindl@uw.edu",[38],{"facility":39,"status":40,"city":41,"state":42,"zip":43,"country":44,"countryCode":45,"cosmosGeoPoint":46,"geoPoint":51,"contacts":52},"Akin","RECRUITING","Seattle","Washington","98125","United States","US",{"type":47,"coordinates":48},"Point",[49,50],-122.33207,47.60621,{"lat":50,"lon":49},[53],{"name":54,"role":34,"phone":55,"phoneExt":18,"email":56},"FIND Program Manager","206-695-3200","novina.maree@akinfamily.org",{"type":31,"investigatorFullName":58,"investigatorTitle":59,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":18,"oldOrganization":18},"Holly Schindler","Associate Professor, College of Education",[61,64],{"name":62,"class":63},"Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD)","NIH",{"name":65,"class":6},"Stanford University","100644827","an-adapted-evidence-based-coaching-program-for-fathers-and-their-young-children-in-the-context-of-home-visiting-100644827",false,"NCT07676240","An Adapted Evidence-Based Coaching Program for Fathers and Their Young Children in the Context of Home Visiting","Randomized Controlled Trial of an Adapted Evidence-Based Coaching Program for Fathers and Their Young Children in the Context of Home Visiting","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Identify as a father\n* Speak English or Spanish\n* Have a child between the ages of 12-36 months who lives with you\n* Be enrolled in Akin services\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* No additional exclusion criteria",true,"ALL","12 Months",{"count":77,"type":78},200,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[81],"NA","Father-child pairs (N=200; children ages 12-36 months) will be randomized to FIND-F or a waitlist control group.
