Determine relationship between ctDNA dynamics and clinical response to TKI,\n\n   * No response\u002Fprogressive disease = ctDNA levels increase from baseline\n   * Partial response\u002Fstable disease = ctDNA levels decrease from baseline\n   * Complete response = ctDNA clearance.\n2. Compare and combine ctDNA dynamics and RECIST1.1 to predict clinical response.\n3.
