In 2023, there were a total of 18.5 million newly confirmed cases of malignant tumors worldwide, and it is expected to grow to 30.5 million cases by 2050. Among them, the number of new cases of malignant tumors of bone and articular cartilage increased by 86.4% from 1990 to 2023. Meanwhile, bone is a particularly common site for tumor metastasis, and almost half of cancer patients are at risk of developing bone metastasis. Surgical resection is the main treatment method for both primary and secondary bone cancer. For patients with bone cancer, the main goal of surgical treatment is to maintain the patient's function and mobility by relieving pain, preventing impending fractures and\u002For nerve compression, or stabilizing pathological fractures. Surgery for bone cancer often requires extensive exploration, osteotomy, and prosthetic reconstruction, resulting in significant surgical trauma. The incidence of postoperative complications remains high. The occurrence of postoperative complications can increase patient pain, prolong hospitalization time, increase medical costs, and even endanger life. Therefore, reduction of complications and optimizing perioperative management are key issues that urgently need to be addressed in clinical practice.",[52],"Bone Cancer Surgery","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-24",{"date":56,"type":57},"2026-06-29","ACTUAL",{"date":59,"type":47},"2026-07",{"date":61,"type":47},"2028-07",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
