While conventional behavior management techniques exist, their inconsistent effectiveness necessitates the continuous search for alternative solutions. Brainwave entrainment (BWE) , a novel approach using audiovisual stimuli to induce relaxing alpha waves (8-12 Hz) , shows promise in anxiety and pain management.
