PCOS patients diagnosed according to Rotterdam criteria.\n2. Age: 18-35 years.\n3. Primary or secondary subfertility.\n4. Selected for ovulation induction.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Women suffered from PCOS like symptom ex. Late onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing syndrome.\n2. Serum prolactin (more than 50 ng\u002Fml) (Kyritsi et al., 2018).\n3. Male factor infertility.\n4. Women with other infertility factors (endometriosis, PID,uterine \\& tubal causes of infertility).\n5. Uncontrolled Medical disease (DM, HTN, kidney disease, liver disease).\n6. History of hypersensitivity to cabergoline \\& letrozole.\n7. Thyroid dysfunction ( serum TSH ≥5mIU\u002FL)\n8.
