24-00864","A Community-Based Intervention To Address Health-Related Social Needs For Patients On LAI-PrEP","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nFor Patient participant group: In order to be eligible for participation in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:\n\n* 18 years of age or older\n* Does not have HIV AND vulnerable for HIV infection per WHO, NHS, and CDC recommendations\n* On or initiating LAI-PrEP as part of standard of care prior to study participation\n* Identify as either a Black\u002FLatine cisgender woman OR Black\u002FLatine MSM OR Transgender or Nonbinary Individual\n* Capacity and willingness to provide consent\n\nFor Medical Staff participant group: In order to be eligible for participation in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:\n\n* 18 years of age or older\n* Works with patients who go to the Bellevue Pride Center\n* Be employed at NYU Langone Health or NYC H+H\u002FBellevue as one of the following occupations\n\n  * Physician\n  * Clinical Pharmacist\n  * Nurse\n  * Medical Phlebotomist\n  * Social Worker\u002FNavigator\n  * Community Health Worker\n  * Medical Leader (i.e., director of services)\n\nFor CBO Partner participant group: In order to be eligible for participation in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:\n\n* 18 years of age or older\n* Works with patients who go to the Bellevue Pride Center\n* Be employed at one of the established CBOs\n* Capacity and willingness to provide consent\n\nFor Patient Who Declines LAI-PrEP participant group: In order to be eligible for participation in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:\n\n* 18 years of age or older\n* Declines LAI-PrEP as part of standard of care\n* Capacity and willingness to provide consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nFor Patient participant group: An individual who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:\n\n* Less than 18 years old\n* Known HIV seropositive status or test positive at screening\n* Does not identify as one of the listed priority populations\n* Not fluent in either English or Spanish\n* Not interested in HIV PrEP\n* Not willing to consent for study participation\n* Does not reside within New York State\n* Pregnant or planning to become pregnant at the time of consent.\n* Without capacity to consent to participate in the study\n\nFor Medical Staff participant group: An individual who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:\n\n* Do not work with patients who go to the Bellevue Pride Center\n* Is not employed at NYU Langone Health or NYC\u002FH+H Bellevue as one of the following occupations\n\n  * Physician\n  * Clinical Pharmacist\n  * Nurse\n  * Medical Phlebotomist\n  * Social Worker\n  * Community Health Worker\n  * Medical Leader (i.e., directors of services)\n\nFor CBO Partner participant group: An individual who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:\n\n• Does not work with patients who go to the Bellevue Pride Center\n\nFor Patient Who Declines LAI-PrEP participant group: An individual who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:\n\n* Less than 18 years old\n* Interested in initiating LAI-PrEP as part of standard of care or on LAI-PrEP","ALL","18 Years",{"count":64,"type":65},343,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","This study evaluates a proposed community-based implementation strategy to scale up screening, identification, and intervention on Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) among persons on Long-Acting Injectable Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (LAI-PrEP).
