Two taping techniques (\"Y-strip\" and \"star-shape\") will be compared with a control group receiving no intervention.\n\nParticipants will be randomly allocated to one of three groups following concealed allocation. The interventions will be applied to the cervicodorsal region (centered at C7) by an experienced physiotherapist over a 3-week period, with taping changes performed weekly. A 4-week total follow-up period will be included.\n\nPrimary and secondary outcomes will assess pain intensity, pressure pain threshold, cervical disability, cranio-cervical angle, pain perception, body satisfaction, and health-related quality of life. Measurements will be collected at baseline, weekly during the intervention, and at one-week post-intervention follow-up.\n\nThe study is designed to provide evidence on the effectiveness and feasibility of two non-invasive neuromuscular taping approaches in the management of chronic non-specific cervical pain in middle-aged women.",[61,62],"Climacteric Women","Nonspecific Cervical Pain",[64,65,61],"Kinesio Taping","Cervical Pain","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-02",{"date":69,"type":70},"2026-05-11","ACTUAL",{"date":72,"type":55},"2026-05-20",{"date":74,"type":55},"2026-09-30",{"name":5,"class":6}]
