Have referred from orthopedic surgeon diagnosed with NSCNP that has been localized to the cervical and periscapular areas for at least three months\n2. Aged from 18-40 years\n3. Having a score more than 10 on the Neck disability index (NDI)\n4. BMI from 18.5 to 29.9 kg\u002Fm2.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nThe Participants will be excluded from this study if they meet any of the following criteria\n\n1. History of previous neck surgery.\n2. Recent or old fractures.\n3. Cognitive impairment and inability to understand the scale.\n4.
