Sessions will be conducted 3 times a week, each session lasting for 25 minutes. The duration breakdown is as follows: 3 minutes of warm-up, 6 bouts of HIIT (1 min of HIIT at 85-90% of HRmax, 2 min of recovery at 74-80% of HRmax), and 4 min of cool down. The intensity will be monitored using HR and the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion. The mode of exercise will involve brisk walk and jog.
