Both interventions are commonly used regenerative injection therapies intended to improve pain and functional outcomes in patients who do not respond adequately to conventional conservative treatments.\n\nParticipants diagnosed with plantar fasciitis will be randomly assigned to receive either PRP injection or prolotherapy.
