Patients who have already received 2 weeks of peloid therapy or 15 sessions of paraffin treatment will be assessed. Pain and symptom severity are assessed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire (BCTQ).
