Age \\> 18 years.\n2. Confirmed diagnosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH), with the presence of an aneurysm verified by computed tomography (CT), CT angiography (CTA), or digital subtraction angiography (DSA).\n3. Hunt-Hess grade II-IV.\n4. Presence of hypocapnia on arterial blood gas analysis, defined as PaCO2 \\\u003C 35 mmH;\n5. PaO2 \\> 90 mmHg.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
