Clinical presentation:\n\n* Acute chest pain: pericardial or pseudo-ischemic.\n* Dyspnea on exertion or at rest for up to 3 months.\n* Dyspnea on exertion or at rest for 3 months - 1 year.\n* Unexplained palpitations \u002F arrhythmias, sudden death recovered.\n* Unexplained cardiogenic shock.\n\nB.
