No therapeutic or experimental intervention will be administered. Participants will undergo a comprehensive assessment including validated self-report questionnaires and standardized performance-based tests to evaluate motor imagery capacity, interoceptive body awareness, kinesiophobia, physical activity level, symptom severity, and physical frailty.
