Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) diagnosed according to the 2019 EULAR\u002FACR criteria, registered as patients at RSCM.\n2. Age above 18 years\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Presence of active infection.\n2. Refusal to participate in the study.\n3. Pregnancy.\n4. Breastfeeding.\n5. Already on a specific autoimmune-related diet.\n6. Patients with severe medical conditions (active cancer, stage V chronic kidney disease, or acute heart failure).\n7. It will also learn about the safety of this intervention.
