of Dexamethasone Versus Magnesium Sulphate as an Adjuvant to Bupivacaine in Ultrasound Guided Erector Spinae Plane Block for Postoperative Analgesia in Elective Caesarean Section Under Spinal Anesthesia: A Randomized Controlled Trial.","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age from 18 to 35 years.\n* Full-term, singleton, pregnant women.\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II.\n* Scheduled for elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Refusal of the patient.\n* Emergency caesarean sections.\n* Patients having chronic diseases as asthma, cardiovascular disorders (Significant arrhythmias, Severe Valvular diseases, congenital heart diseases, ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, deep venous thrombosis ,and pulmonary embolism)\n* Renal impairment (Creatinine level ≥ 2mg\u002Fdl, urea ≥ 25mg\u002FdL), liver impairment \\[Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) \\\u003C 45 U\u002FL, Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) \\\u003C 45 U\u002FL\\].\n* Allergy to the drug enrolled in the study.\n* Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 35 kg\u002Fm2.\n* Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.\n* Contraindication to spinal anesthesia, such as coagulopathy \\[platelet count \\\u003C150.000, international normalized ratio (INR) \\> 1.2\\], or local infection.\n* Requirement for conversion to general anesthesia after spinal anesthesia will
