Suspicion based on low-renin (renin activity \\\u003C0.5 nmol\u002Fh\u002FL or renin mass \\\u003C5 ng\u002FL), plasma sodium \\> 140mmol\u002FL or plasma potassium \\\u003C 4mmol\u002FL.\n* Patients who have been diagnosed with PA and had previous aldosterone samples \\\u003C277 pmol\u002FL, a level which would normally not qualify for confirmatory testing.\n* Patients with aldosterone results done at different times that indicate variability in production.\n* Willing to consent and participate in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Inability to withdraw β-adrenoceptor antagonist therapy for 2 weeks.\n* People on end of life treatment.","ALL","18 Years",{"count":47,"type":48},100,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The goal of this observational study is to see if there is a cyclical or exaggerated diurnal variation in aldosterone production in people with Primary Aldosteronism.",[52,53],"Primary Aldosteronism","High Blood Pressure","2026-06-12",{"date":56,"type":57},"2026-06-15","ACTUAL",{"date":59,"type":57},"2023-02-24",{"date":61,"type":48},"2027-07-24",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
