The Power Down incorporates sensory-based input (caregiver massage) to support nervous system regulation prior to attempting sleep onset. Participants (caregivers and their child) will be educated in the Power Down protocol and data collection methods for the 2 week intervention trial. Caregivers will lead a nightly gentle massage with guided relaxation script just prior to the child trying to fall asleep. The child will also wear a watch-like activity monitor for the 2 week period throughout the day and night to measure changes in sleep and activity patterns. Caregivers will complete daily diary questions in the morning and evening reporting their child's emotions and sleep timing.",[9],[26],{"name":27,"affiliation":5,"role":28},"Amy G Hartman, PhD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[30,34],{"name":27,"role":31,"phone":32,"phoneExt":18,"email":33},"CONTACT","412-648-7997","agh38@pitt.edu",{"name":35,"role":31,"phone":36,"phoneExt":18,"email":37},"Tracey Y Murray, BS","412-624-3961","TYM2@pitt.edu",[39],{"facility":5,"status":40,"city":41,"state":42,"zip":43,"country":44,"countryCode":45,"cosmosGeoPoint":46,"geoPoint":51,"contacts":52},"RECRUITING","Pittsburgh","Pennsylvania","15219","United States","US",{"type":47,"coordinates":48},"Point",[49,50],-79.99589,40.44062,{"lat":50,"lon":49},[53],{"name":54,"role":31,"phone":32,"phoneExt":18,"email":33},"Amy G Hartman, PhD, OTR\u002FL",{"type":28,"investigatorFullName":56,"investigatorTitle":57,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":18,"oldOrganization":18},"Amy Hartman","Assistant Professor",[59],{"name":60,"class":61},"Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD)","NIH","100629612","differences-in-rest-emotion-and-arousal-modulation-in-youth-100629612",false,"NCT07476937","Differences in Rest, Emotion, and Arousal Modulation in Youth","Probing the Role of Sensory Regulation in Sleep Health and Emotion Dysregulation for Autistic Youth","DREAMY-Autism","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
