Male or Female subjects 18 years of age or older and less than 75.\n2. English or Spanish Speaking.\n3. Undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation.\n4. Use of general anesthesia.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patients with high aspiration risk.\n2. Inability to provide informed consent in English or Spanish\n3. Patients for whom an awake intubation is indicated and planned.\n4. Patients with a history of head and neck radiation.\n5. Pregnant patients.\n6. Patients with BMI \\>35\n7. ASA 4 or higher\n8.
