Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) have shown potential in managing obesity and diabetes, which can worsen lymphedema. Although anecdotal evidence suggests benefits of GLP-1 RAs for lymphedema patients, rigorous prospective studies are lacking.
