The main questions this study aims to answer are:\n\n* Does the nutritional formula composed of carbohydrates and proteins delay gastric emptying when compared to a formula composed only of carbohydrates?\n* Does the formula composed of carbohydrates and proteins cause gastrointestinal symptoms in the study population?\n\nThe researchers will compare both formulas (carbohydrates and proteins vs. carbohydrates only) to answer the main question.\n\nParticipants will be required to:\n\n* Attend the Nuclear Medicine Department after an 8-hour fast, on two separate days with a minimum interval of seven days for scintigraphy procedures.\n* Consume the offered formula in a randomized and blinded manner.\n* Report any gastrointestinal symptoms and complete visual analog scales for sensations such as hunger, satiety, and desire to eat.",[86],"Gastric Emptying",[88,89,90,91],"proteíns","elderly","gastric emptying","scintigraphy","2026-04-29",{"date":94,"type":95},"2026-05-05","ACTUAL",{"date":97,"type":95},"2026-02-21",{"date":99,"type":80},"2027-05",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
