It will also learn about the effectiveness of this technique in improving lower limb motor function and mobility.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does deep friction massage reduce quadriceps spasticity in stroke patients as measured by the Modified Ashworth Scale?\n* Does deep friction massage improve lower limb motor recovery as measured by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment?\n* Does deep friction massage improve functional mobility as measured by the Timed Up and Go Test?\n\nResearchers will compare deep friction massage combined with conventional physiotherapy to conventional physiotherapy alone to see if deep friction massage improves spasticity and functional outcomes in patients with stroke.",[57],"Stroke (Subacute)","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-12",{"date":61,"type":62},"2026-04-17","ACTUAL",{"date":64,"type":51},"2026-05-01",{"date":66,"type":51},"2027-12-30",{"name":5,"class":6}]
