Age ≥ 18 years.\n2. Both sexes.\n3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III.\n4. Scheduled for combined painless esophagogastroduodenoscopy\u002Fcolonoscopy or either of the two procedures.\n5. Ability to understand the study protocol and provide written informed consent.\n6.
