Is there a difference between the change of oxidative stress markers in patients using different root canal sealers after root canal treatment?\n\nResearchers will compare bioceramic-based and epoxy resin-based root canal sealers to see if there are significant differences in oxidative stress markers measured from patients' saliva after root canal treatment.\n\n* Participants will be informed about all procedures before starting the clinical process.\n* Participants are expected to allow saliva sampling two times: first sample will be collected on root canal treatment session and second sample will be collected on the 30th day after root canal treatment.\n* Participants will be informed in writing about the treatment procedure before starting the clinical process.\n* Participants are expected to sign the informed consent form on a voluntary basis.",[80,81],"Oxidative Stress","Chronic Apical Periodontitis",[83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90,91,92],"oxidative stress","root canal sealers","chronic apical periodontitis","periapical index","total oxidant status","total antioxidant status","oxidative stress index","8-epi","malondialdehyde","myeloperoxidase","2025-07-09",{"date":95,"type":96},"2025-07-10","ACTUAL",{"date":98,"type":96},"2024-03-18",{"date":100,"type":74},"2025-11-13",{"name":59,"class":6},1]
