Ninety females patients their age from 30 to 45 years\n2. Diagnosed with mild to moderate lipedema\n3. Mentally stable functionally and physically stable.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patents with severe lipedema\n2. Patients with type 4 lipedema\n3. Clinically unstable patients\n4. Patients with chronic diseases\n5. Patients with endocrine diseases\n6. Patienst with similar conditions like lymphedema, dercum's diseases or overall obesity\n7. Patients with lower limbs fractures","FEMALE","30 Years","45 Years","EXPANDED_ACCESS","PURPOSE:\n\nThis study will be conducted to investigate any significant effect of ultrasound fat cavitation or pneumatic compression on adipose tissue thickness in patients with lipedema.\n\nBACKGROUND:\n\nLipedema is a connective tissue disorder that cause physical discomfort and psychological stress.\n\nA literature review published in 2020 estimated that 10-11% of women or approximately 400 million women across the globe have lipedema.\n\nLipedema fat is dangerous when it progress onto abdomen and trunk resulting in a risk of developing high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.\n\nUltrasound cavitation is a safe cosmetic procedure has almost no adverse reactions used to break down fat cells under the skin which improves the body shape and reduce circumference which make it a promising non invasive tool alternative to surgical liposuction.\n\nPneumatic compression is bl=elieved to reduce the limb circumference and volume which make it a good treatment option for lipedema.\n\nHYPOTHESES:\n\nNull Hypothesis:there will be no significant effect of fat cavitation or pneumatic compression on the adipose tissue thickness in patients with lipedema.\n\nRESEARCH QUESTION:Will be any significant effect of fat cavitation or pneumatic compression on the adipose tissue thickness in patients with lipedema",[48],"Lipedema",[50,11,51],"pneumatic compression","lipedema","2026-02-04",{"date":54,"type":55},"2026-02-11","ACTUAL",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
