It will also look at the factors that help or hinder the use of this app in primary care settings.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes the DINKNESH app improve palliative care assessments compared to paper forms?\n\nWhat are the main barriers and facilitators for Health Extension Workers when using the app in their daily work?\n\nWe will compare the DINKNESH app to standard paper-based tools to see if digital tools improve clinical assessment and implementation.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nBe assessed for palliative care needs using either the DINKNESH mobile app or standard paper forms.\n\nReceive routine follow-up care as determined by their health provider.\n\n(For health workers): Participate in interviews or surveys to discuss their experience using the assigned assessment tool.",[56],"Palliative Care","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-04",{"date":60,"type":61},"2026-05-07","ACTUAL",{"date":63,"type":50},"2026-04",{"date":65,"type":50},"2026-05",{"name":5,"class":6}]
