Osteoarthritis","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* participants age group from 40-60 years\n* Both male and female genders\n* Knee osteoarthritis (OA) confirmed by radiographic evidence (Kellgren- Lawrence grade 3).\n* Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ≥ 4\u002F10.\n* Able to stand and bear weight on affected knee.\n* WOMAC score \\> 25 moderate level of difficulty performing ADL\n* Participant with restricted range of motion\n* Pain while walking and ascending stairs\n* Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Mild to severe knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 4).\n* Recent knee surgery or injection (\\\u003C6 months).\n* Knee instability and ligamentous injury.\n* Pregnancy and breastfeeding.\n* Patient with
