The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes dual-task training improve upper extremity function in individuals with Parkinson's disease? Does dual-task training lead to changes in upper extremity muscle thickness measured by ultrasonography?\n\nResearchers will compare a dual-task training group with a control group receiving routine care to determine whether 8 weeks of dual-task training results in greater improvements in upper extremity outco\n\nParticipants will:\n\ncomplete baseline and post-intervention assessments of upper extremity function, muscle thickness, grip strength, and pinch strength be assigned to either a control group or a dual-task training group receive dual-task training 3 days per week for 8 weeks if assigned to the intervention group",[85],"Parkinson Disease (PD)",[87,22,88,89,90],"Parkinson Disease","Upper Extremity Function","Muscle Thickness","Ultrasonography","2026-05-31",{"date":93,"type":94},"2026-06-02","ACTUAL",{"date":96,"type":94},"2026-04-24",{"date":98,"type":79},"2026-08-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
