The researchers will compare the effects of plyometric exercise with the effects of strength training exercise to determine whether plyometric exercise improves shoulder dysfunctions in breast cancer patients and survivors.\n\nParticipants from the Pontevedra group will undergo the intervention using plyometric exercise (Experimental Group), while those from the Vigo group will perform strength training exercise (Control Group). They will complete two sessions per week for six weeks. Outcome variables related to upper limb functionality will be assessed at baseline and after the intervention.",[68,69,70,71],"Breast Cancer Survivor","Breast Cancer","Breast Cancer Patients","Breast Cancer - Female",[73,21,74,75,76,77,78],"breast cancer","upper limb","strength training","exercise","Recovery of Function","clinical trial","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-04-26",{"date":82,"type":83},"2025-04-30","ACTUAL",{"date":85,"type":62},"2025-05-02",{"date":87,"type":62},"2025-07",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
