Under intravenous anesthesia, femoral artery access was obtained and a renal denervation sheath was advanced. An ablation catheter was then introduced to both renal arteries, and ablations were applied across four quadrants to achieve circumferential denervation. Throughout the procedure, vital signs were continuously monitored, and vasodilators or anticholinergics (e.g., nitroglycerin, atropine) were prepared to prevent vascular spasm or related complications. After completion, the femoral access site was closed and compressed, and patients were returned to the ward following stabilization of vital signs.",[9],{"type":21,"name":26,"description":27,"armGroupLabels":28,"otherNames":11},"Renal Angiography","Renal angiography was performed under intravenous anesthesia via femoral artery access, and the procedure lasted approximately 1 hour to simulate the duration of active RDN.",[9,16],[30],{"name":31,"role":32,"phone":33,"phoneExt":11,"email":34},"Yi Zhang","CONTACT","18917686332","yizshcn@gmail.com",[36],{"facility":37,"status":11,"city":38,"state":39,"zip":40,"country":41,"countryCode":42,"cosmosGeoPoint":43,"geoPoint":48,"contacts":49},"Department of Cardiology, Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital","Shanghai","Shanghai Municipality","200072","China","CN",{"type":44,"coordinates":45},"Point",[46,47],121.45806,31.22222,{"lat":47,"lon":46},[50],{"name":31,"role":32,"phone":51,"phoneExt":11,"email":34},"+86 18917686332",{"type":53,"investigatorFullName":54,"investigatorTitle":55,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":11,"oldOrganization":11},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Ya-Wei Xu","professor of Medicine","100576284","efficacy-and-safety-of-renal-denervation-on-isolated-diastolic-hypertension-100576284",false,"NCT06783296","Efficacy and Safety of Renal Denervation on Isolated Diastolic Hypertension","Efficacy and Safety of Renal Denervation on Isolated Diastolic Hypertension: A Multicenter, Double-Blind, Randomized, Sham-Controlled Clinical Trial","Inclusion Criteria\n\n1.
