A fixation ring will center the graft by holding the scleral rim with forceps.\n\nAfter cutting, the cornea should remain endothelium-up, stained with Trypan Blue, and dissected using a blunt spatula. The graft will be placed on a Busin glide and coated with Viscoat.\n\nA 3-4 mm corneal incision will be made, and Descemet's membrane will be marked and stripped. The graft will be inserted using the Busin glide, spreading automatically. A small air bubble will fill the anterior chamber to compress the graft for 10 minutes.",[9],[21],{"name":22,"role":23,"phone":24,"phoneExt":11,"email":25},"Tarek H Nasr, Msc","CONTACT","+201002412992","tarekhaytham@gmail.com",[27],{"facility":28,"status":29,"city":30,"state":11,"zip":11,"country":31,"countryCode":32,"cosmosGeoPoint":33,"geoPoint":38,"contacts":39},"Dar el Oyoun","RECRUITING","Giza","Egypt","EG",{"type":34,"coordinates":35},"Point",[36,37],31.20861,30.00944,{"lat":37,"lon":36},[40],{"name":22,"role":23,"phone":24,"phoneExt":11,"email":25},{"type":42,"investigatorFullName":43,"investigatorTitle":44,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":11,"oldOrganization":11},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Tarek Haitham Ezzat Nasr","Research Associate","100566218","endothelial-side-up-inverted-femtosecond-laser-assisted-dsaek-100566218",false,"NCT06652321","Endothelial Side Up Inverted Femtosecond Laser Assisted DSAEK","Endothelial Side Up Inverted Femtosecond Laser Assisted DSAEK a Pilot Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nPatients with Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy Patients with bullous keratopathy secondary to intraocular surgeries, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, or viral keratitis\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nBullous keratopathy secondary to glaucoma or ocular trauma Corneal stromal scarring or opacities Diseases not affecting the corneal endothelium, including corneal ectasia (e.g., keratoconus, keratoglobus, pellucid marginal degeneration) Epithelial, Bowman layer\u002Fanterior stromal, and stromal dystrophies Hypotonic eyes Retinal diseases Any type of optic atrophy","ALL",{"count":54,"type":55},15,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[58],"NA","To evaluate the clinical outcomes (pos toperative best corrected visual acuity, endothelial count) and anatomical results (interface smoothness) of DSAEK with Femto LDV-prepared grafts from the endothelial side.",[61,62],"Pseudophakic Bullous Keratopathy","Fuchs' Endothelial Dystrophy","2024-10-18",{"date":65,"type":66},"2024-10-22","ACTUAL",{"date":68,"type":66},"2022-01-01",{"date":70,"type":55},"2024-11-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
