This clinical trial tests a simple exercise timing approach for adults with GTPS.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Can enough people with GTPS be recruited and complete this study?\n* How many participants fill in their questionnaires at all five check-ins?\n* Do participants find the exercise timing approach easy and acceptable?\n\nResearchers will compare three groups. Each group receives different guidance on when to do their exercises. This will show whether timing guidance (with or without reminders) works better than usual care.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Follow a prescribed hip exercise programme set by their healthcare provider\n* Fill in a short daily survey (1-2 minutes) for 28 days\n* Complete online questionnaires about hip pain, movement, and exercise at five - points over about three months\n* Join an online group discussion at the end of the study\n\nAdults aged 18 and over may take part if they:\n\n* Have been diagnosed with GTPS by a healthcare provider\n* Are able to exercise safely\n* Own a mobile phone\n\nTaking part may help participants keep up with their prescribed exercises, which may in turn reduce hip pain and improve daily activities. It could also help researchers find better ways to support people with GTPS in the future.",[88,89],"Greater Trochanter Pain Syndrome","Hip Pain",[91,92,93,94,95,96,97],"Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome","Exercise adherence","Feasibility trial","Behavioural intervention","Hip pain","Rehabilitation","Exercise timing","2026-05-15",{"date":100,"type":101},"2026-05-19","ACTUAL",{"date":103,"type":101},"2025-09-01",{"date":105,"type":82},"2027-03-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
