Age \\>= 18 years old\n2. Newly diagnosed stage II-IV distal gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer or colorectal cancer\n3. Undergoing treatment with either:\n\n   1. Surgery\n   2. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy\n   3. Neoadjuvant chemoirradiation\n   4. Palliative chemotherapy\u002F immunotherapy\n\n      Exclusion criteria:\n\n   \u003C!-- -->\n\n   1. The investigators plan to perform EUS-guided portal vein and hepatic vein aspiration in GI cancers patients.
