A diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer\n2. Age 65 or older\n3. Currently receiving systemic treatment for metastatic breast cancer or considering a plan to initiate systemic treatment for metastatic breast cancer\n4. Able to speak and read English (because the Manta Cares platform is presently only offered in English only)\n5. Able to provide informed consent\n\nCare Partner Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Age 18 or older\n2. Able to speak and read English (because the Manta Cares platform is presently only offered in English only)\n3. Able to provide informed consent\n4. Verbal permission from patient to enroll their designated care partner\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPatient Exclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Early-stage breast cancer\n2.
