By comparing IMU-derived gait parameters with traditional clinical assessment tools (e.g., Modified Ashworth Scale, mJOA, and GRASSP), the study seeks to determine the effectiveness and reliability of IMU sensors for assessing and monitoring gait improvement and neurological recovery in DCM patients.
