The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nCan the TAPSE (Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion) value predict successful extubation?\n\nDo other right heart parameters (tricuspid S', RV-FAC, right atrial area, pulmonary valve acceleration time) provide additional prognostic value for weaning outcomes?\n\nParticipants will:\n\nBe adult ICU patients planned for weaning from mechanical ventilation.\n\nUndergo transthoracic echocardiography within 2 hours after meeting clinical weaning criteria.\n\nHave the following echocardiographic parameters measured: TAPSE, tricuspid S', RV-FAC, right atrial area, and pulmonary valve acceleration time.\n\nBe monitored for 24 hours after extubation to assess weaning success (defined as no need for reintubation, non-invasive ventilation, or high-flow oxygen support).",[63],"Weaning Failure of Mechanical Ventilation","2025-09-02",{"date":66,"type":67},"2025-09-09","ACTUAL",{"date":69,"type":67},"2025-07-31",{"date":71,"type":58},"2026-07-16",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
