Daily activity is monitored using a wearable activity device (Vivoactive 5, Garmin, Olathe, Kansas, USA). An individual training plan includes moderate endurance and strength exercises usually 3 times a week, with the goal of being physically active for at least 150 minutes per week. Participants receive feedback at least every second week via telemonitoring or in person, depending on their distance from the study center. To avoid overexertion, training is monitored by measuring heart rate and providing individual feedback for adjustments if neccesary.",[9],[26],{"name":27,"affiliation":5,"role":28},"Uwe Tegtbur, Prof. Dr.","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[30,35],{"name":31,"role":32,"phone":33,"phoneExt":18,"email":34},"Sven Haufe, Prof. Dr.","CONTACT","+49 511 532 5499","haufe.sven@mh-hannover.de",{"name":36,"role":32,"phone":18,"phoneExt":18,"email":18},"Momme Kück",[38],{"facility":5,"status":18,"city":39,"state":40,"zip":41,"country":42,"countryCode":43,"cosmosGeoPoint":44,"geoPoint":49,"contacts":50},"Hanover","Lower Saxony","30625","Germany","DE",{"type":45,"coordinates":46},"Point",[47,48],9.73322,52.37052,{"lat":48,"lon":47},[51],{"name":31,"role":32,"phone":52,"phoneExt":18,"email":34},"+49 511 5325499",{"type":54,"investigatorFullName":18,"investigatorTitle":18,"investigatorAffiliation":18,"oldNameTitle":18,"oldOrganization":18},"SPONSOR","100622470","exercise-training-in-patients-with-myeloproliferative-neoplasms-100622470",false,"NCT07384039","Exercise Training in Patients With Myeloproliferative Neoplasms","Effects of Individually Tailored Exercise on Quality of Life and Physical Performance in Patients With Myeloproliferative Neoplasms-a Randomized Controlled Study","MPN-Exercise","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* age ≥ 18 years\n* diagnosis of myeloproliferative neoplasia according to WHO\u002FICC 2022.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* current participation in another intervention study\n* the presence of any diseases or functional impairments that, in the opinion of the examining physician, exclude participation in a physical training intervention.","ALL","18 Years",{"count":66,"type":67},80,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[70],"NA","The investigators will investigate the response of an individualized exercise training program on quality of life, cardiorespiratory fitness and disease-specific markers in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN).
