After induction of anesthesia, patients will have a non-invasive finger cuff applied for continuous beat-to-beat blood pressure and hemodynamic monitoring, along with bilateral lower-leg tissue oximetry sensors placed over the medial calf to continuously measure tissue oxygen saturation (StO₂) throughout surgery. The monitoring data are recorded for observational analysis only, and postoperative limb pain, sensation, and motor function are assessed once in the recovery unit using standardized 5-point Likert scales",[9],[19],{"name":20,"role":21,"phone":22,"phoneExt":10,"email":23},"Randa Jalloul, MD, MS","CONTACT","7134867700","randa.j.jalloul@uth.tmc.edu",[25,41],{"facility":26,"status":27,"city":28,"state":29,"zip":30,"country":31,"countryCode":32,"cosmosGeoPoint":33,"geoPoint":38,"contacts":39},"Memorial Hermann Medical Center","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","Houston","Texas","77027","United States","US",{"type":34,"coordinates":35},"Point",[36,37],-95.36327,29.76328,{"lat":37,"lon":36},[40],{"name":20,"role":21,"phone":22,"phoneExt":10,"email":23},{"facility":42,"status":43,"city":28,"state":29,"zip":44,"country":31,"countryCode":32,"cosmosGeoPoint":45,"geoPoint":47,"contacts":48},"Memorial Hermann Hospital","RECRUITING","77401",{"type":34,"coordinates":46},[36,37],{"lat":37,"lon":36},[49],{"name":50,"role":21,"phone":51,"phoneExt":10,"email":23},"Randa Jalloul, MD","(713) 486-7700",{"type":53,"investigatorFullName":54,"investigatorTitle":55,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Randa Jalloul","Associate Professor","100622748","feasibility-and-clinical-utility-of-paired-non-invasive-hemodynamic-and-tissue-oximetry-monitoring-to-detect-limb-ischemia-in-lithotomy-positioned-surgeries-100622748",false,"NCT07387653","Feasibility and Clinical Utility of Paired Non-Invasive Hemodynamic and Tissue Oximetry Monitoring to Detect Limb Ischemia in Lithotomy-Positioned Surgeries","LIMB","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Thirty patients will undergo continuous intraoperative monitoring, with the primary outcome being the frequency and duration of tissue oxygen desaturation events and secondary outcomes examining correlations with postoperative limb pain, sensation, and motor function. The study is non-interventional, poses minimal risk, and aims to generate preliminary data to inform future strategies for early detection and prevention of limb ischemia and well-leg compartment syndrome",[71,72],"Neuropathy;Peripheral","Limb Ischemia",[74,75,76,77],"trendelemberg","nerve injury","position nerve injury","prolonged surgery","2026-05-12",{"date":80,"type":81},"2026-05-14","ACTUAL",{"date":83,"type":81},"2026-01-29",{"date":85,"type":67},"2026-12",{"name":5,"class":6},2]
