The dual-task questionnaire consists of 10 questions. The questions will be read to the subjects in order, and there will be no time limit for them to answer. If geriatric individuals do not understand a question, the necessary explanations will be provided and the question will be repeated. Each question is scored as very often (4), often (3), occasionally (2), rarely (1), and never (0). The answers to all questions are added up, the total score is calculated, and divided by 10. Lower scores indicate better dual task performance.",[13],{"name":14,"role":15,"phone":16,"phoneExt":7,"email":17},"Hasan Gerçek, P","CONTACT","+905426488455","hasangercek42@gmail.com",[19],{"facility":5,"status":20,"city":21,"state":22,"zip":23,"country":24,"countryCode":7,"cosmosGeoPoint":25,"geoPoint":30,"contacts":31},"RECRUITING","Konya","Karatay","42020","Turkey (Türkiye)",{"type":26,"coordinates":27},"Point",[28,29],32.48464,37.87135,{"lat":29,"lon":28},[32,35],{"name":33,"role":15,"phone":34,"phoneExt":7,"email":17},"Hasan Gerçek, PhD","05426488455",{"name":36,"role":37,"phone":7,"phoneExt":7,"email":7},"Gulfidan BASER, PhD","SUB_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":39,"investigatorFullName":40,"investigatorTitle":41,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":7,"oldOrganization":7},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Hasan Gerçek","Lecturer","100624880","frailty-dual-task-performance-and-activities-of-daily-living-in-older-adults-100624880",false,"NCT07415382","Frailty, Dual-Task Performance, and Activities of Daily Living in Older Adults","The Relationship Between Frailty, Dual-Task Performance, and Activities of Daily Living in Older Adults","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Be 65 years of age or older,\n* Be literate\n* Have a Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 or higher (cognitively sound)\n* Be able to walk at least 10 meters without the use of assistive devices,\n* Not have advanced sensory loss that impairs vision or hearing.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Having a severe neurological (Parkinson's, stroke, etc.) or orthopedic disorder,\n* Having a psychiatric diagnosis that prevents communication.",true,"ALL","65 Years","85 Years",{"count":54,"type":55},200,"ESTIMATED","1 Day","OBSERVATIONAL","This study aims to examine the relationship between dual task performance, frailty level, and activities of daily living in older adults.",[60],"Older Adults (60 - 85 Years Old)","2026-07-01",{"date":63,"type":64},"2026-07-02","ACTUAL",{"date":66,"type":64},"2026-02-07",{"date":68,"type":55},"2026-08-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
