Molar Teeth of Adults Using Calcium Silicate-based Sealer Material","Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Using Calcium-Silicate Based Sealers As A Pulp Capping Material After Adult Pulpotomy: An In-vivo Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Vital mandibular molar teeth with mature apices.\n* Teeth that respond positively to cold testing.\n* Teeth without any signs of necrosis including sinus tract or swelling.\n* Teeth with caries extending ≥ 2\u002F3 of dentine or exposing the pulp.\n* Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with\u002Fwithout apical periodontitis.\n* Teeth without periodontal diseases or mobility.\n* Teeth without root resorption, detectable pulp chamber and root canal calcification or history of trauma.\n* Patients from both genders with age range from 20 to 45 years old.\n* Patients with good or moderate oral hygiene and without any systemic diseases.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPre-operative criteria:\n\n* Non-vital teeth.\n* Teeth with irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis.\n* Teeth with immature apices.\n* Teeth with Periodontal disease or mobility grade II or III.\n* Teeth that are badly decayed and need post and core placement.\n* Patients refused to continue treatment procedures or refuse to commit to periodic follow-up sessions.\n* Non-restorable teeth.\n\nIntra-operative criteria:\n\n* If hemostasis could not be achieved within 6 minutes after full pulpotomy.\n* Teeth with partial necrosis.\n* No bleeding after access cavity preparation.\n\nPost-operative criteria:\n\n* presence of Swelling.\n* presence of Sinus tract.\n* Pain on percussion after the end of the first week.\n* Pain with palpation.\n* Pain on biting after the end of first week.\n* Mobility of the tooth.\n* Fracture of tooth structure that renders the tooth non-restorable.\n* Fracture of the restoration during the evaluation.\n* Probing depth more than 3 mm.","ALL","20 Years","45
