Cohort\n\nInclusion Criteria:\n\n* Women with loss of a current singleton pregnancy at \\\u003C 20 0\u002F7 weeks gestation, documented by ultrasonography or histopathological examination\n* History of one or more prior pregnancy losses\n* Euploid current pregnancy confirmed by karyotype, microarray, or STORK (Short-read Transpore Rapid Karyotyping) sequencing Note: A limited number of aneuploid losses will be included as part of the pilot phase\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* History of parental karyotype abnormalities\n* History of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome\n* Evidence of uncontrolled
