Participants will first be asked to provide written informed consent for the study. Participants' anthropometric measures (waist-to-hip ratio, height and weight, hip and waist circumference and left arm circumference and resting blood pressures will then be taken. After this, the participants will undergo cardiopulmonary exercise testing, followed by magnetic resonance imaging, echocardiography, retinal imaging and vascular imaging of the ear. The study visit will conclude with participants being provided with a wrist-worn physical activity monitor to wear for 7-9 days following the visit. These monitors will provide objective measures of physical activity while people go about their normal activities.",[9],[18],{"name":19,"affiliation":5,"role":20},"Paul Leeson","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[22],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":10,"email":26},"Katie Suriano","CONTACT","01865226845","helpful@cardiov.ox.ac.uk",[28],{"facility":29,"status":30,"city":31,"state":10,"zip":32,"country":33,"countryCode":34,"cosmosGeoPoint":35,"geoPoint":40,"contacts":41},"University of Oxford Department of Cardiovascular Medicine","RECRUITING","Oxford","OX3 9DU","United Kingdom","UK",{"type":36,"coordinates":37},"Point",[38,39],-1.25596,51.75222,{"lat":39,"lon":38},[42,43],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":10,"email":26},{"name":44,"role":20,"phone":10,"phoneExt":10,"email":10},"Paul Leeson, PhD MRCP FESC",{"type":46,"investigatorFullName":10,"investigatorTitle":10,"investigatorAffiliation":10,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"SPONSOR","100530456","hypertension-explored-in-long-term-postpartum-follow-up-in-later-life-100530456",false,"NCT06187012","Hypertension Explored in Long-term Postpartum Follow-up in Later Life","Hypertension Explored in Long-term Postpartum Follow-up in Later Life (HELPFUL)","HELPFUL","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Inclusion Criteria\n\n * Participant is willing and able to give informed consent for participation in the study\n * Female who had a pregnancy 10 to 25 years prior\n * Able (in the investigator's opinion) and willing to comply with all study requirements.\n * Adequate understanding of verbal and written English\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* The participant may not enter the study if ANY of the following apply:\n\n * Over 10 weeks pregnant during the course of the study\n * Evidence of congenital heart disease or significant chronic disease relevant to cardiovascular or metabolic status\n * Any significant disease or disorder which, in the opinion of the investigator, might influence the participant's ability to participate in the study\n\nFor exclusion of MRI component only:\n\n• Unsuitable for MRI based on the responses to the MRI screening form.
