The number of deaths will increase in the coming years due to the aging population. The general practitioner (GP) is at the center of this care. Despite national plans for the development of palliative care, dying at home remains complicated. The difficulties described and known are organizational (workload) and linked to the doctor's experience with the suffering of the patient and their family. Many studies have been conducted in hospital settings, and the solutions developed are often not very accessible to GP.
