Age from 18-44 year\n2. Their body mass index will be ranging from (18-25) Kg\u002Fm2\n3. All patient has active cervical trigger point of the upper fiber of the Trapezius detected by pincer palpation\n4. Subjects must have characteristics of trigger points hardened, thickened taut bands in MPS patients.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Individuals with a recent history of neck or back surgery.\n2. Individuals with recent history of trauma or fracture.\n3. Individuals with congenital and pathological disorders of the cervical spine.\n4.
