Both genders adults diagnosed with ≥ 1-cm full-thickness tears of rotator cuff.\n2. Age ranged from 50 to 70 years .\n3. LHB pathology is involved that will receive ARCR combined with biceps tenotomy or tenodesis.\n4. Arthroscopically confirmed LHB pathology.\n5. Functionality according to their physical level -\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nParticipants will be excluded if they have any of the following criteria:\n\n1. Massive irreparable tears.\n2.
